Privacy notice
How this site handles the details you provide.
What is collected
To sign in you provide your name, an optional organisation, and your email address. The site records these along with the times you request an access link and when you use one, plus your browser’s user-agent string.
Why it is collected
Providing your email is what lets you log in: it’s the address the one-time access link is sent to, and it records who has viewed this material. Of course, in the next step you can make sure your data is not stored permanently — see Request removal below.
How access works
There are no passwords. Each time you sign in, a fresh one-time link is emailed to you. Opening it grants access for one hour; after that you simply request a new link. Links are stored hashed (never in plaintext), expire quickly, and can be used once.
IP addresses
Your IP address is not stored. It is only used transiently, in memory, to rate-limit abuse.
Request removal
You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time — you don’t have to let them be stored permanently. Once you’re signed in, open Account → Request data removal in the top bar, and your data will be permanently removed within 5 business days. Your details are never shared, sold, or used for marketing.
